The horizontal motor initialization has failed because the horizontal motor is unable to oscillate (turn side to side) through its full range of motion. Troubleshooting: Switch off the machine power and check whether any balls are stuck inside the machine base unit. Balls trapped inside the base unit may become jammed against the horizontal motor, preventing the delivery wheel frame from turning side to side properly. |
